Countrywide Cottages

1205 Deans Marsh Road, Bambra VIC 3241
Entered into the Hall of Fame of the Certificate of Excellence on TripAdvisor in June 2015, you will certainly love it here. Come and enjoy four star, fully accessible and genuinely pet friendly bushland cottages. Relax by the wood fire, on the veranda or around your own private campfire (outside CFA fire season only). Wander the bush tracks on the property or hop over the stile to gain access to the fabulous Otway National Park. The four cottages are spread across 16 acres of bushland and are very well spaced from each other, offering an absolute sense of privacy. Countrywide Cottages has proudly held the Five Paws rating for Best Pet Friendly accommodation from Holidaying with Dogs since 2008. The cosy dog beds, home made dog treats and furniture covers for the couch potatoes, all make sure your pet feels as welcome as you do. The cottages boast huge fully fenced yards for your pets' freedom and security as well as your peace of mind. Your dogs will love the bush tracks or a swim in the dam and being away with their best mates. Try your luck at catching some yabbies in the fully stocked dam. Bring your children up to meet the animals. Meet the shy but delightful alpaca, Normie, the fat sheep and the chickens, who do their best to keep up the egg supply. Eggs are finders keepers. The undercover recreation area offers a gas barbecue and picnic tables for easy dining. Next door, play a game of pool, table tennis or just stay a while. Lots of room to kick the footy or to bowl a few overs. Nearby attractions include Otway Harvest Trail, the Great Ocean Road, Lorne, Otway Fly Tree Top Walk, galleries, berry farms, waterfalls, beaches, bushwalks and picnic spots.
