The Maneroo Motel offers clean, comfortable and affordable accommodation and is half way between Melbourne and Sydney, providing the ideal resting place for an overnight stay, or for an extended holiday. All rooms have TV, electric blankets, fridge, clock radio, telephone, and most have reverse cycle air conditioning. We have refurbished 9 of our rooms, including new bathrooms, with very favourable comments. Restaurant services available 5 nights per week, but not public holidays.

The Heritage Guest House Bombala has five tastefully decorated rooms available. Three of our rooms are complete with ensuites, one deluxe room complete with ensuite and spa bath and one room with shared bathroom. Guests are given keys to their room as well as the outside door so they may come and go as they please. Four of our rooms are located upstairs, with one room downstairs for guests with accessibility issues.

We have a shared lounge area where guests may relax, watch TV, light a fire or just read a book. Tea and coffee is available all day. Plus after hours guests are welcome to lounge in the restaurant area and enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. Our relaxed, friendly atmosphere provides our guests with a true home away from home.

Bondi Forest Lodge was originally built as a low security prison in 1910 serving a duel purpose of incarceration, and to supply labour to the forestry projects of the early century. After the closure of the prison the NSW forestry commission took over the premises and was used as a remote camp for forest workers. Since 1985 the lodge has been rejuvenated and open for everyone to enjoy.

The Lodge is situated in a delightfully scenic location with Pine and Native Forest surrounding the area. World class National Parks are located near by and combined with a local rugged scenery, provides wonderful opportunities for the artist, naturalist or photographer. Bondi Forest Lodge is the ideal place to enjoy and observe, or for the more active, explore at leisure.

Sisters Rachel and Penny have lovingly restored their family home and converted it into a luxurious cottage that can sleep up to nine people. The cottage itself is a two story home built in the 1800's. It features three spacious themed bedrooms all with Queen sized beds, a large Victorian bathroom, modern kitchen and large adjoined dining and lounge room. The lounge folds out into a double sofa bed and there is also a day bed to sleep an extra person. The cottage is family friendly offering a cot and a highchair. Your nightly rate includes fresh linen and towels, a light breakfast, fresh fruit, coffee, tea and biscuits. There is undercover secure parking and the cottage is located in a quiet street with wonderful neighbours. Rachel and Penny look forward to welcoming you to the cottage where you will have the entire place to yourself to kick back and enjoy country living....

Bombala Platypus Reserve

Located 4.2 kilometres from Bombala on the Delegate Road, the Platypus Reserve is an ideal spot to see platypus. Early morning or late afternoon are the best times to see platypus. The raised platform makes viewing easy for all age groups. Platypus can stay underwater for up to 14 minutes, but more commonly they will only remain under for between 60 to 90 seconds, so be patient and quiet when you are viewing this national treasure. The on-site information board provides you with comprehensive details about the platypus. The reserve is a great spot to sit and enjoy lunch or simply soak up the peace and quiet. Picnic tables are provided and there are two bird hides to allow you to really experience the bird life....
