Each cottage has a spacious living area with magnificent views of one or both of Mount Beerwah and Mount Coonowrin (the two grandest of the Glasshouse Mountains). The architect-designed cottages are surrounded on two sides by floor-to-ceiling glass walls to enhance your views, and give you a feeling of light and space. There is also a deck where you can have a BBQ and admire the wild kangaroos, or watch the black cockatoos and listen to the laughter of the kookaburras. Rooms;

All of our rooms are provided with soap, towels and linen. They all have fire rated walls and insulation to provide maximum comfort in winter and summer. However if you still feel the elements, pedestal fans and oil filled heaters are available. Self-serve tea and coffee is available at anytime in the Kitchen railway carriage.

Orchard Rooms; Each Orchard room has polished floors, a private en-suite and an outdoor deck with table and chairs and spectacular views of Mt. Tibrogargan. Orchard rooms have eco efficient reverse cycle air conditioning for your winter and summer comfort. Orchard Room contains a queen size bed.

Forest Family Rooms; These rooms have private en-suite, tiled floors and an outlook to the forest area. Family Room contains a queen size bed and two single bunk beds. Maximum of 4 people per room.

The Bungalow; A delightfully cool luxurious, self contained bungalow suitable for couples. Set amongst palm trees with a tropical ambience and outside sitting area, the 2 room bungalow has timbers shutters for privacy with lots of individual charm. Enter the bedroom through a set of antique Balinese doors and relax on the queen size bed or curl up with a book in the antique Indian dowry chest now converted into a comfy seat. The stylish bathroom is conveniently located between the bedroom and lounge area. The huge kitchen / Living space area is a home away from home. The fully self contained kitchen includes a large refrigerator,microwave, gas cooktop and electric oven and everything else to make your stay a truly memorable time. Both rooms have reverse cycle air conditioning.

2 Bedroom Mt Tibro Family Suite; Suitable for a family or two couples travelling together. Contains two separate rooms that have separate entrances to the bathroom.Queen Room contains a queen size bed, polished floors, air-conditioning and a sofa. Second Room contains two single beds (one in the loft above) and its own separate entrance. A fold out bed is available for a small child at extra cost. This suite has a large covered area with deck furniture to sit, relax and enjoy the views.

Church with Loft Bedroom; For those who would like something really special. The loft bedroom with its own bathroom has a spectacular view of Mt. Tibrogargan. Relax in this beautifully restored 120 year old church with its own mini kitchen. Original timber floors and walls are part of a bygone era. Loft Room contains a queen size bed.

Bunk Room; Ideally suited for those on a budget or wanting an extended stay. Own shower and toilet linked by a covered walkway outside of the room. Bunk Room contains a double bunk bed with a single bed on top.

The Tibrogargan circuit leads up to the Mountain View lookout with views over Mount Beerwah, Mount Coonowrin, Mount Tibberoowuccum and Mount Tunbubudla. Keep following the track around the base of Mount Tibrogargan through casuarina groves, open eucalypt and melaleuca forests. The track allows for great views of Mount Tibrogargan. Keep an eye out for circling peregrine falcons. The track begins from the northern end of the Mount Tibrogargan car park....

The Glasshouse Mountains Visitor and Interpretive Centre is located in Settlers Rotary Park on the corner of Bruce Parade and Steve Irwin Way in the Glasshouse Mountains. This accredited Visitor Information Centre offers a one stop shop for travel information including maps, brochures, and itineraries. The centre is also a interpretive centre with interactive displays on the history of the area. A small selection of local products and souvenirs are available for sale and are unique for gift ideas. Local honey and jams are very popular. New products include Hinterland Feijoas and local gift cards and children's books and handmade jewellery. EFTPOS only. Staffed by skilled and knowledgeable local volunteer Ambassadors, the Glasshouse Mountains Visitor and Interpretive Centre can provide advice on the things to see, things to do and where to eat. Discuss your travel plans or get a tip on the famous walks in the Glasshouse Mountains with our friendly Ambassadors. The Centre offers free Wi-fi for visitors and is open from 9.00am until 4.00pm daily. Glass House Mountains Lookout Track, Beerburrum State Forest

A short walking track starting at the lookout leads you through open scribbly gum forest, down through a wet eucalypt forest gully and returns back to the lookout. The lookout offers panoramic views of the mountain peaks, Caloundra, Maroochydore, Brisbane and Moreton Island. The lookout is about 10 kilometres from the Glass House Mountains township, in Beerburrum State Forest. There are picnic tables, toilets and free gas barbecues at the start of the track....
