Accommodation Gold Coast welcomes Yarloop Hotel in Yarloop for all your entertainment and restaurant venues, save booking direct.
The Yarloop Hotel ...
... is a typical Aussie bar and hotel with a warm and friendly country atmosphere.
It is located in the heart of Yarloop, Western Australia.
The hotel was originally built in 1901, and rebuilt in 1955 after a fire destroyed all of the first floor and much of the ground floor.
Facilities include a newly refurbished bar, lounge, dining room and nine-room accommodation.
Yarloop is located 132 kms south of Perth and is an easy 45 minute drive to both Mandurah and Bunbury.
Our hotel is popular both with tourists stopping overnight on their way south, daytrippers come to see the Historic Railway Workshops Museum and for long term stays with contractors working in the immediate area such as Alcoa's Wagerup Refinery, just 5 kms north.

Lovely little town! Shame about being wiped out due to the fires in 2016. This wonderful town needs help with tourism! We spent a week there and we felt part of the community! Help them by calling in and support the businesses that are there!
Yarloop Hotel has interesting facts - Why are Pubs called Hotels in Australia? A pub, short for Public House, is an establishment whose main function is to serve alcohol, mostly beer. Also known as an Ale house or Tavern. The reason for this is that until recently, in Australia (late 1980s), pubs were forced, by the liquor laws, to provide accommodation and so were accurately called hotels.
