Situated within the stunning grounds of the Australian Inland Botanic Gardens is Mildura’s hidden gem, Botanica. Stroll in to discover a barn style fitout with exposed wood banisters, long communal tables and pendant lighting hanging from a tin roof, making for a rustic, relaxed space to enjoy a smooth cup of Vittoria coffee before perusing the gardens. Created by Chef, Dag Demarkow & Co, this pop-up café can also cater for weddings and functions for up to 200 guests.
